College GameDay Announces Celebrity Guest Picker For Florida State vs. Georgia Tech

ESPN's College GameDay will be live from Dublin, Ireland, on Saturday, August 24, for the Week 0 meeting between No. 10 Florida State and Georgia Tech at Aviva Stadium.

Joining the iconic crew headlined by Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso is WWE superstar and four-time champion Sheamus, who has the honor of being the first celebrity guest picker of the college football season.

This isn't the first time that the 46-year-old native of Ireland has done some college football content for the season. He actually was featured in a jersey announcement video for Notre Dame and their " Irish wear green " game on September 28 against Louisville. A game that he promised Marcus Freeman he'd be at if his schedule permits.

Four Saturday's bout between the Seminoles and the Yellow Jackets, Florida State is the favorite. ESPN has the line at -11 in favor of Florida State, with the matchup predictor giving them a 79.7% chance of winning to start the year.
