'We'll Have Our Guys Ready!' Confidence in New QBs in Finale?

The Buffalo Bills' quarterback room has faced a lot of changes throughout the preseason. Beginning the preseason with Josh Allen, Mitch Trubisky, and Shane Buechele, the team will have two completely different players take the field in their preseason finale just two weeks later.

After signing Ben DiNucci to replace Buechele, who the team placed on injured reserve, the Bills picked up Anthony Brown a week later to take the place of the injured Trubisky while he recovers from a knee injury.

Now, with Allen sitting out the team's final preseason game against the Carolina Panthers, DiNucci and Brown are the team's only options at quarterback. Despite this, offensive coordinator Joe Brady is confident the team will be prepared.

"We'll have our guys ready to go," said Brady. "If it's one play that they feel confident in, or if it's ten, I'll make sure that I'm giving them the best opportunity to put their best football out there. So we've got a couple of days to figure that out."

DiNucci was able to get some time on the field with the Bills offense in their 9-3 win against the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he finished with 20 passing yards on five attempts. Brown has yet to take the field with the Bills. He previously spent the preseason with the Las Vegas Raiders before being waived.
