Baltimore Ravens quarterback and 2023 MVP Lamar Jackson made sure all the critics and doubters knew that he didn't care about their opinions on him falling short of making the Super Bowl last season.

"I'm motivating myself because I know what I want to do at the end of the day. Those guys have their time. I really don't care what the criticism is or what the critics say because, at the end of the day, I just came off an injury the year before, and we made it all the way to the AFC [title game] in the new system. It's nothing to be down on myself, my teammates, or anything like that because we made it far." Jackson said.

Last season, en route to MVP, Jackson tallied 29 total touchdowns, 3,678 passing yards, 821 rushing yards, and threw just seven interceptions. The Ravens finished the regular season as AFC North champs and were the number one seed in the AFC.

Now, Jackson has his sights set forward and has the team to get right back where they left off last season. The AFC didn't get any easier, but the Ravens also got better.

With the new additions of Derrick Henry and Eddie Jackson , among others, the Ravens are as good as any, and with Lamar Jackson at the helm, they are more than capable of silencing all the doubters and fulfilling their Super Bowl aspirations.
