Dan Mullen is on quite a streak this week releasing his official predictions for the 2024 college football season as Week 0 kickoff inches closer and closer.

On Wednesday, it was the Big Ten's turn in Mullen's crystal ball as he forecasted the entire 1-18 final standings for the upcoming season. When predicting his championship game pick, he noted that up to five teams could make the title game in his eyes, so the league is pretty open this fall.

Below, you can see Mullen's full Big Ten order of finish prediction :

    1. Ohio State
    2. Penn State
    3. Oregon
    4. Iowa
    5. Michigan
    6. USC
    7. Nebraska
    8. Rutgers
    9. Maryland

The participants in last January's national title game got the cold shoulder from Mullen in his preseason Big Ten predictions. Michigan falls in way back at fifth in the league after winning it going away last year, while Washington tumbles down to 12th after they won the league in a very competitive final season for the Pac-12 as we knew it. That must be the tax of a new head coach and QB.

Elsewhere, UCLA gets a tough go coming in dead last in their Big Ten intro, but once again, they'll be looking at a new coach and new quarterback, which Mullen just doesn't seem to be a fan of.
