Angel Reese Reveals True Feelings On Training With NBA Legend

As it is, Angel Reese is already one of the top players in the WNBA today. The fact that she was named an All-Star in her rookie season says it all.

Be that as it may, the Chicago Sky superstar will be the first to admit that there's still a lot of room for improvement in her game. This is exactly why Reese's eyes lit up the moment she was presented with the prospect of training with NBA legend Tim Duncan.

“I mean always learning from a legend is great,” Reese told Brandon "Scoop B" Robinson in a recent interview. “For me, I love to pick people’s brains and pick a lot of great players’ brains so of course it would be great.

“I’m just worried about right now. I mean I can’t dictate who I workout with, I’m just looking forward to getting better at the moment.”

Duncan is one of the best to ever do it, so it would be an absolute privilege for Reese to be able to work out with the San Antonio Spurs Icon. The Hall of Fame big man is a five-time NBA champion, a two-time NBA MVP, a 15-time All-Star and a member of the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, to name a few of his accomplishments.

Duncan also holds the NBA record for the most double-doubles ever, with 841. This is a specific area in his game that Reese shares, with the 22-year-old being the fastest player in WNBA history to reach 20 double-doubles.

Reese is still quite a ways away from Duncan's all-time record, so it would definitely be in her best interest if she had the opportunity to pick Duncan's brains, as she said.
