ESPN analyst and former NFL quarterback Dan Orlovsky shared a spicy pick for who he believes is the top threat to Georgia in the SEC this season.

Orlovsky joined the "GetUp" set on Thursday morning, where he and Matt Barrie discussed some college football with Week 0 action creeping up on us. When it came to the SEC, Georgia is obviously the top dog, but Orlovsky wandered off the map a bit when selecting his No. 2 contender.

"I'm going to roll the dice on old Lane Kiffin down in Oxford," he said. "They got transfers galore, which has kind of been their DNA recently."

A returning QB and reinforcements up front have Orlovsky confident in another terrific year for the Rebel offense.

"Jaxson Dart at quarterback has played a ton of football for them," he added. "They've got three offensive linemen that have transferred over."

Throw in a very experienced defense and few clubs have the combination of sheer talent and experience which Ole Miss does entering 2024.

I think their defense, just because of the experience, they're going to have one person on their defense start that's not a senior in college football," Orlovsky pointed out. "They have a ton of talent matched with a boatload of experience."

And that's why Ole Miss is his pick to give Georgia their toughest challenge for the 2024 SEC title.
