Rumored Jaylen Brown Collaboration Has NBA Fans Flabbergasted

Jaylen Brown has had quite the eventful last three months or so. In that time period, the Boston Celtics star won his first championship, won Finals MVP, and was snubbed from the Team USA Olympic roster after Kawhi Leonard stepped down.

Now, Brown has another project in the works, but it's not quite related to basketball. A recent rumor revealed that the Celtics star is reportedly collaborating with rapper A$AP Ferg on a new track. Titled "Just Do It", the track is supposedly going to be released tomorrow.

It's a surprising move for the Celtics star if it's true, that's for sure.

Fans were quite surprised with the rumors, to say the least.

Others started speculating on the contents of the track.

Daniel Donabedian also noted that A$AP Ferg himself said before that he wanted Brown on a song with him.

The title "Just Do It" implies that the track might be related to Nike in some way. Remember, Brown claimed that the reason for his Olympics snub was due to Nike getting involved. The Celtics star was not shy in saying his true thoughts on the matter.

Brown's issues with Nike go way back before the Olympics fiasco. Brown is a vocal critic of Nike, going so far as to wear Nike shoes without the trademark swoosh.

It will certainly be interesting to see what Brown's role will be in the track. It's not that uncommon for NBA players to dip their toes in music, especially in rap. The most prominent example is Damian Lillard, who has released rap albums in the past under the name Dame D.O.L.L.A.
