Angel Reese Reveals 'Favorite' Thing Helping Her Confidence

Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese has been making headlines not only for her standout performances on the court but also for her influential presence off it.

She recently signed a major collaboration deal with popular chocolate brand Reese's. As expected, her fans, whom she calls "Reese's Pieces" were ecstatic with the development.

Aside from her charismatic personality, Reese has captivated the WNBA with her double-double ability and leadership potential. Despite being in her maiden stint, it's clear that the 22-year-old stud is not lacking in confidence.

On her Instagram Story on Wednesday, Reese revealed that she's been reading a book entitled "You Are That Girl: 21 Day Workbook to Uplevel Your Confidence, Self Love & Happiness" by Jacqueline Kademian.

"My favorite read right now!," wrote Reese in the caption.

The book should explain how Reese has maintained her mindset in her first year in the league. She has lived up to the billing as a highly touted prospect out of Louisiana State.

She's currently averaging 13.6 points and team-highs of 12.3 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game. While the Sky have been inconsistent, going 5-5 in their last 10 games, Reese has continued to produce numbers.

Reese and fellow rookie sensation Caitlin Clark of the Indiana Fever have helped boost the WNBA to unprecedented heights in viewership, attendance and merchandise.

Reese's active presence on social media, giving her fans a deeper look into her personality, has helped her gain more supporters. Sky fans have nicknamed Reese "Chi Barbie" or "Double Double Barbie."

The Sky recently announced that a Barbie-themed night will be organized when they host Clark and the Fever on Aug. 30.
