Team USA's star sprinters Noah Lyles and Gabby Thomas are set to return to the spotlight in a new way this fall.

Netflix announced that Season 2 of Sprint , their hit documentary series, will focus on the journeys of Lyles, Thomas, and other elite sprinters from the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The second season will premiere on November 13, taking viewers deep into the world of track and field’s brightest stars.

The upcoming season of Sprint promises an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the mental and physical grind these athletes endure, all the way from the Olympic trials to the biggest stage in sports.

According to Netflix, the series will explore the intense preparation and psychological toll that comes with being one of the fastest people on the planet, where everything is decided in mere fractions of a second.

Lyles’ journey to Paris culminated in two medals, including a thrilling gold in the men’s 100 meters. He edged out Jamaica's Kishane Thompson by just .005 seconds to become the first American to claim the gold since Justin Gatlin in 2004.

Meanwhile, Thomas led all female track and field athletes in Paris, winning three gold medals, including in the women's 100 meters and two relay events. Her dominant, and memorable, performances place her in rare company, joining Florence Griffith Joyner as one of only two Americans to win at least three golds in a single Olympics.

The six-episode season will also feature stars like Fred Kerley, Shericka Jackson, Julien Alfred, and several others following their pursuit of glory at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

This continued expansion into Olympic coverage reflects a growing appetite for the personal stories behind the world’s top athletes.
