First Look Of Glen Powell As Chad Powers In Eli Manning-Inspired Show Goes Viral On Social Media

Not too long ago, it was announced that Eli Manning's Chad Powers character would be getting its own television series, with Glen Powell cast to play the lead in the show.

Manning brought the character to prominence when he pretended to be a walk-on who was trying out for the Penn State football team, and it quickly became popular among fans.

Hulu decided to try to capitalize on that popularity by making a show based around the character, casting Powell to play the part. A first look of Powell as Powers ended up on social media on Thursday night, and fans were quickly freaking out after seeing it.

While Powell has acted in a variety of big-budget movies recently, this will be a bit of a different role for him to take on.

He certainly looks the part, though, and with the Manning's Omaha Productions being involved, fans have some high hopes for the series.

While there's no release date yet, folks will be keeping an eye out to see if anything gets revealed in the near future now that this photo has found its way online.
