At one point in training camp, the Buffalo Bills appeared to be a team with a third of their roster suffering injuries of different recovery times.

Despite the frustration that could come from some of the top players on the roster not being available for practice, there is a silver lining to the latest news. One of the more important is the fact that most of the injuries won't be super serious overall.

There's even a chance that most of the injured players could be ready to go for the start of the season according to head coach Sean McDermott.

“There’s a lot of murkiness right now, but we’ve been through this before,” McDermott said. “You have several injuries then all of a sudden, Week 1, you’re down to like three guys on the injury report. We’ll go through that and we’ll work our butts off, I know they will as well, to get back and help our team.”

Among the listed injuries include backup quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, starting safety Damar Hamlin, and a boatload of other valuable players on the roster.

There may not be a guarantee that the players will all be ready, but it's certainly a positive update overall for Buffalo going into the final preseason game of the year.
