NBA Legend Isiah Thomas Used Two Words To Describe Caitlin Clark

Caitlin Clark has been a sensation in her rookie season in the WNBA. The Indiana Fever rookie has brought millions of followers from her time with the Iowa Hawkeyes to the professional level, and it seems one of those fans is NBA legend Isiah Thomas.

The former Detroit Pistons star was recently asked what he thinks of Clark's game, and Thomas sent back a simple response. He's clearly a fan of the rookie, given her elite-level play so far this season.

This comes shortly after Clark led the Fever to back-to-back wins against two teams above .500 in the Phoenix Mercury and Seattle Storm.

Indiana has been on fire since returning from the WNBA's break for the Olympics, and it seems Thomas has been watching.

"Straight 100," Thomas said.

Clark is currently competing for the WNBA's Rookie of the Year award, most notably battling Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese.

The Fever guard has averaged 17.8 points and 8.3 assists per game, while Reese has posted 13.6 points and 12.3 rebounds per game.

Both players were rostered at the WNBA All-Star game in July, but only one can be crowned the Rookie of the Year.

While Isiah Thomas didn't give his final decision on the Rookie of the Year award, he made his thoughts on Clark's talent extremely clear.

Thomas has experience at the highest level, playing point guard in the NBA from 1981-94. He ended his playing career as a two-time NBA champion and twelve-time NBA All-Star.

There wasn't much criticism or acknowledgment of what makes Caitlin Clark so great, but Thomas seems to be riding the fan bus.
