The Auburn Tigers are back ranked inside the top five nationally.

Following the commitment of DL Nate Marshall, who flipped from Michigan to the Tigers on Friday afternoon, the Tigers jumped back up to No. 5 nationally across all major recruiting sites.

Here's an updated look at Auburn's 2025 class with the addition of Nate Marshall:

    National Rankings

    247Sports: No. 5

    On3: No. 5

    Rivals: No. 5

    Commitments

    EDGE Jared Smith (5-star)

    6-foot-6.5, 320 pounds

    Thompson High School (Alabaster, AL)

247Sports analyst Cooper Petagna says Smith "possesses all the physical characteristics collegiate programs and NFL organizations seek at the defensive line and or edge position but must continue to refine his skill set from a technical and play strength standpoint to reach his full potential. Projects as a high level multi-year starter at a Power Four program with the ability to one day mature into a Day-1 or Day-2 NFL Draft choice. Will more than likely take a year or two to develop at the collegiate level before seeing considerable snaps."

    DL Malik Autry (5-star)

    6-foot-5, 320 pounds

    Opelika High School (Opelika, AL)

247Sports describes Autry as "possessing a rare combination of size, power, and athleticism on the interior defensive line." He "projects to a high level multi-year starter at a Power Four program with the ability to develop into an all-conference caliber prospect and a potential early day NFL Draft choice."

    EDGE Jakaleb Faulk (4-star)

    6-foot-3, 225 pounds

    Highland Home (Highland Home, AL)

Projects as a "high level multi-year starter at a Power Four program while possessing the ability to offer some pass rush ability off the edge before more than likely settling into an off-ball linebacker role at the next level." There's an ongoing discussion as to whether or not Faulk will play EDGE or outside linebacker at the next level, but regardless, he's ranked as the No. 9 EDGE in the nation.

    S Eric Winters (4-star)

    6-foot-2, 200 pounds

    Enterprise High School (Enterprise, AL)

"Considering he's a heady two-way player that’s barely scratched the surface of his defensive upside, Winters projects as a high level multi-year starter at a Power Four program with the ability to add position versatility and immediate special teams value at the next level."

    WR Derick Smith (4-star)

    6-foot-1, 185 pounds

    Southside High School (Selma, AL)

Absolutely insane two-way player Auburn flipped from the Alabama Crimson Tide. Had 1,487 yards and 14 touchdowns receiving, 1,036 yards and 9 rushing, 74 total tackles, 15 TFL, and 11 sacks during his junior season.

    DL Nate Marshall (4-star)

    6-foot-4, 265 pounds

Fenwick High School (Oak Park, IL)

Tigers' just flipped Marshall away from the Michigan Wolverines. Projects out as a five-tech on the defensive line. Fenwick coach Matthew Battaglia believes he will "probably never coach a player this talented again."

    DL Jourdin Crawford (4-star)

    6-foot-1, 300 pounds

    Parker High School (Birmingham, AL)

Totaled 15 tackles for loss and nine sacks during his sophomore season. He's the No. 176 overall player in 2025.

    S Anquon Fegans (4-star)

    6-foot-1, 180 pounds

    Thompson High School (Alabaster, AL)

Snagged nine interceptions and totaled 67 tackles during his sophomore season. No. 44 overall player according to the 247Sports composite, No. 98 according to 247's raw player ratings.

    DL Antonio Coleman (4-star)

    6-foot-2, 275 pounds

    Saraland High School (Saraland, AL)

Flipped his commitment from Alabama to Auburn before flipping back to the Tide... and then flipping back to Auburn yet again. Recorded 22.5 TFL and four sacks as a junior.

    CB Blake Woodby (4-star)

    5-foot-10, 175 pounds

    St. Frances Academy (Baltimore, MD)

Top 110 player according to 247Sports composite ratings. Lacks length but plays with physicality. Great twitch and speed.

    CB Devin Williams (4-star)

    5-foot-10, 165 pounds

Played at both cornerback and wide receiver during his junior season. Played with 5-star quarterback Dylan Raiola. Should play slot cornerback.

    OT Tavaris Dice (4-star)

    6-foot-4, 295 pounds

Langston Hughes High School (Fairburn, GA)

Has high physical upside and has the ability to move inside if needed, according to 247Sports.

    CB Donovan Starr (4-star)

    6-foot, 176 pounds

    Ravenwood High School (Brentwood, TN)

Rated as the No. 221 overall player according to 247's player ratings. Chose Auburn over Clemson, Tennessee, and Missouri.

    RB Alvin Henderson (4-star)

    5-foot-9, 200 pounds

    Elba High School (Elba, AL)

Flipped from Penn State. Projects as a high level multi-year starter at a Power Four program with the ability to contribute sooner rather than later in an early down role.

    OT Broderick Shull (3-star)

    6-foot-5, 275 pounds

    Bixby High School (Bixby, OK)

Took visits with Nebraska and Auburn before choosing the Tigers pretty quickly. Held offers from Auburn, Missouri, Texas A&M, Kansas State, and TCU, among others.

    TE Ryan Ghea (3-star)

    6-foot-5, 230 pounds

    Milton High School (Alpharetta, GA)

Described as a "spirited blocker" with soft hands. Needs to add weight but will be an offensive threat given his frame.

    ATH Bryce Deas (3-star)

    6-foot-2, 210 pounds

    St. Frances Academy (Baltimore, MD)

    TE Hollis Davidson (3-star)

    6-foot-5, 238 pounds

McIntosh High School (Peachtree City, GA)

Red zone threat and does a really nice job adjusting to the football. Needs to pack on some good weight to deal with the physicality of the SEC but there’s a lot of athletic upside here.

    CB Dante Core (3-star)

    5-foot-11, 165 pounds

Fort Walton Beach High School (Fort Walton Beach, FL)

Totaled 22 tackles, four pass breakups and two interceptions on defense while also catching 10 passes for 232 yards and two touchdowns on offense.

    OT Spencer Dowland (3-star)

    6-foot-6, 290 pounds

    Athens High School (Athens, AL)

The Tigers' third offensive tackle pickup in the 2025 recruiting class. Ranked as the No. 62 tackle in 2025.

    IOL Tai Buster (3-star)

    6-foot-3, 280 pounds

A L Brown High School (Kannapolis, NC)

Primarily played at left tackle during his junior season but projects out as an interior player.

    IOL Jacobe Ward (3-star)

    6-foot-4, 335 pounds

    Benedictine Military School (Savannah, GA)

Held offers from 22 Power Four schools, including LSU, Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Miami, Duke, Colorado, Missouri, NC State, North Carolina, Ohio State, Penn State, South Carolina, Texas A&M, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia. Do not let his star ranking fool you.

    P John Alan McGuire

    6-foot-2, 205 pounds

    Thompson High School (Alabaster, AL)

No. 2 ranked punter in the class of 2025.
