Caitlin Clark's fanbase has grown exponentially over the past two years, but this time, in her latest interaction, the roles were reversed, and she was the fan.

Her excitement was on full display Sunday night when the Indiana Fever beat the Seattle Storm, 92-75, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. In Indiana's second WNBA game back from the 2024 Paris Olympic break, Clark finished the win over Seattle with 23 points, five rebounds and nine assists.

After the game, she raced over to greet Lil Freddy, the mini version of the Fever mascot. Freddy Fever, the main mascot, followed his more miniature lookalike to center court.

The three of them embraced, and Clark expressed her love to Lil Freddy. They even took a photo together.

"You know I'm your biggest fan," Clark said with a smile. "Hear what I said? Do you want to get a picture?"

Clark has had a phenomenal start to her rookie season. The 22-year-old continues to impress and grow the women's game like we've never seen before.

In 28 games in the WNBA, she's averaging 17.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and 8.3 assists. That puts her in 12th place in the league in scoring and first on her team.

While it is unclear when Lil Freddy will return to a Fever home game, we know that Clark will be ecstatic when the time comes.
