The New York Jets had several scouts and major assistants behind general manager Joe Douglas departing after the 2023 season.

New York has finally found solutions to those openings.

The Jets announced Saturday morning the naming of Jon Carr and Greg Nejmeh as co-directors of player personnel, while also naming Dan Zbojovsky the club's senior director of football operations.

Rex Hogan's assistant general manager position with the team has not been filled at this time. Hogan left the organization at the start of February and it was unclear exactly what led to his overall departure.

In the case of Carr and Nejmeh, the two served as advisors to Douglas in all personnel matters, including free agency and the draft, while directing the team's pro and college scouting departments. The promotion to directors of player personnel is more promotions for both.

Evan Ardoin - Co-assistant Director, Pro Personnel
