Former Minnesota Lynx superstar Maya Moore, who is also arguably the greatest player in WNBA history, got the honor of having her jersey retired by the only team she played for in the league during her unforgettable basketball career.

The event took place last Saturday when the Lynx hosted Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever, whom Minnesota defeated in a memorable series in the 2015 WNBA finals.

Before that, Moore was asked about what moment in her legendary WNBA career stands out for her. Of course, she said it was "The Shot" in Game 3 of the 2015 finals. The one that she buried just as the time on the game clock expired to give the Lynx the 80-77 victory and a 2-1 series lead over Tamika Catchings and the Fever.

Catchings, meanwhile, had a hilarious reaction to Moore's favorite moment.

"I must say @MooreMaya that was “NOT” my fave memory 🙃😳😢 ," Catchings posted on X (formerly Twitter) Sunday night. "But… I still love you 😂😂😂 "

Catchings can laugh about it now, but back then, Moore broke her and the Fever's hearts with that game-winner. Moore was incredible in that contest, as she finished it with 24 points on 10-for-18 shooting from the field. Catchings and the Fever rebounded in Game 4 with a 75-69 win, but Moore and the Lynx had the last laugh, as they won Game 5 at home, 69-52.
