With the 2024 regular season just weeks away, the New York Jets seem to be more confident in themselves than ever as the team looks to make the playoffs for the first time since 2010.

Veteran linebacker CJ Mosley is one player who sees the potential that both he and the team have in the upcoming season. Mosley spoke on that potential, and how they can use it to be successful in 2024.

"For me, the main thing is to stay healthy, stay on the field, bringing the mentality and leadership every single day," said Mosley. "Understanding this team is special, the opportunity we have is special, the things that we've built and the way we are heading. Live in the moment and enjoy the season."

Mosley, who turned 32 in the offseason, is entering his sixth season with the team after signing a two-year, $17 million extension in March. He was a second-team All-Pro and Pro Bowl selection for the team in 2022.

The main concern for both Mosley and the Jets themselves in 2024 will be injuries, as they have both struggled with that issue in recent years.

The team will hope to have superstar quarterback Aaron Rodgers healthy for the entirety of the season after he suffered a season-ending Achilles injury on his first drive of 2023.
