Dallas Wings Mock WNBA Fans After Huge Aces Upset

The Dallas Wings snapped their seven-game losing streak to the Las Vegas Aces after pulling off a 93-90 victory on Tuesday at College Park Center.

The Wings survived the 42-point explosion of Aces star A'ja Wilson, as their own star Satou Sabally came up big in the final quarter, including sinking two free throws in the dying seconds for the final count.

Sabally finished with 28 points, seven rebounds and five assists, while teammate Natasha Howard had 24 points, six rebounds and three blocks.

After the huge upset win, the Wings' official account on X perfectly mocked opposing fans who bet against them.

"It's too late to change your parlay," the post said.

One fan tried to spoil the party, but the Wings hilariously clapped back.

Indeed, the Wings were the clear underdogs heading into the game, although they were coming off a 113-110 win over the Los Angeles Sparks on Sunday. The star-studded Aces, on the other hand, were 2-4 in their previous six assignments.

According to FanDuel, the Wings were a +8.5 for the spread and a +310 for the money line.

Safe to say, their massive wire-to-wire victory disrupted the betting lines and stressed out a lot of WNBA bettors.

Sabally and the Wings let the chips fall in the fourth period, outscoring the Aces, 32-21. They improved to 8-22, while the Aces fell to 18-12 and dropped to fifth place in the team standings.

The Wings will look to nab another upset win on Friday against the Minnesota Lynx.
