Louis Riddick Predicts NFL QB To Win MVP, Super Bowl & SB MVP In 2024

Quarterback talent is tremendous across the board in the NFL. However, ESPN's Louis Riddick foresees one QB emerging to complete the NFL trifecta — MVP, Super Bowl victory, and Super Bowl MVP.

That's an extraordinarily rare feat in the sport, even though Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes hit the Triple Crown just two seasons ago, winning 2022 MVP before completing the Super Bowl win and earning MVP honors in February's championship victory over the Eagles.

Aside from Mahomes, no other QB has cashed in on all three this century. Kurt Warner was the last before him to accomplish the feat, technically completing his trifecta in the 1999 season.

Either way, that's just two occurrences in 25-plus years. In 2024-25, Louis Riddick believes lightning will strike once again.

"We all love winners until they win too much, and that's going to be the case for Patrick Mahomes, man," Riddick said on "Get Up" Wednesday morning. "Because guess what? He's going to sweep it this year."

That's a bold prediction but not a bold choice for Mahomes to be the one to do it... again. Riddick went on, detailing how this trifecta will go down.

"He's going to win regular season MVP because he's going to look like old Pat with their ability to throw the football downfield," he added. "Then, he's going to go to the Super Bowl, and they're going to win it again and they're going to do something that's never been done in history, and he's going to win the Super Bowl MVP."

Riddick predicts three straight Super Bowls and a second sweep in three seasons of those major honors for Patrick Mahomes. Now that is setting the bar pretty high for a guy who is already hands-down the top guy.
