Veteran wide receiver Cooper Kupp will once again play a major role for the Los Angeles Rams in the upcoming season, with star quarterback Matthew Stafford still out of commission due to a hamstring injury.

Kupp will have to step up, along with fellow pass catchers Demarcus Robinson and Puka Nacua, to make life easier for fill-in signal-callers Jimmy Garoppolo and Stetson Bennett.

In the meantime, Kupp will also probably look for a new vacation house. This after he sold his 5,700 square-foot mansion in Oregon. According to a report from TMZ Sports , he sold it for $3 million.

"The gated home, which sits on a four-acre lot, comes with five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, hardwood floors, French doors, a large gym and a separate guest house," the report said.

It added that it also has a huge workout facility that Kupp himself redesigned prior to Super Bowl LVI. The report also pointed out that the former Super Bowl MVP is not having financial issues.

"He's simply spending more time in California these days than he and his family had planned," added TMZ Sports.

Kupp and his family live in California during the season and stay in Oregon when the league is on a break.

Since being drafted by the Rams as the 69th overall pick in 2017, Kupp has been a key cog in the team's offense, while also serving as a steady locker room presence.

The Rams, who had a tough Wild Card exit last season, will kick off their new campaign on Sept. 8 against the Detroit Lions.
