FRISCO - The Dallas Cowboys have signed Dalvin Cook with the hope that he can recapture what once made him a four-time Pro Bowler in Minnesota. Meanwhile, they are harboring the same hope for Ezekiel Elliott, who returned to Dallas this offseason after being cut a year.
