Morris, who served as the Buccaneers' head coach from 2009 to 2011, has been making waves in his new role with the Atlanta Falcons, where he took over as head coach in 2024.

During his time with Tampa Bay, Morris posted a 17-31 record, including a standout 10-6 season in 2010. Despite his mixed results, Morris is well-regarded for his leadership qualities and adaptability, which have been on display in Atlanta.

Since taking the reins in Atlanta, Morris has worked to reshape the Falcons, focusing on building a dynamic defense and fostering a culture of resilience. NFL.com analysts see his impact as significant enough to earn him a spot among the top candidates for the Coach of the Year award, alongside some of the league's most established names.
