The Indiana Fever picked up a massive 84-80 victory over the Connecticut Sun on Wednesday, August 28, trumping the No. 2-seeded team in the WNBA.

Following their victory over Connecticut, former Fox Sports analyst Skip Bayless shared his thoughts on Caitlin Clark and the Fever.

He dropped a new nickname for the rookie, calling her "Caitlin the Catalyst." He posted his insight on the Fever's victory over the Sun, mentioning that Clark showed out and helped lead Indiana.

She's completely transformed the Fever in her rookie season, putting them in position to make the WNBA playoffs for the first time since 2016. They hold the No. 7 seed in the WNBA rankings with a 15-16 record on the year.

As Bayless mentioned, Clark and the Fever have won nine of their last 10 home games and broke a long-lasting losing streak against the Sun.

They dealt with an 11-game losing streak, having gone 0-3 against Connecticut this season before their latest victory.

In the win over the Sun, "Clark the Catalyst" posted 19 points, five rebounds and five assists. She was just around her season averages, which currently stand at 18.0 points, 8.1 assists and 5.7 rebounds per game.
