Ever since he retired for the second time, there have been talks of former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady coming back to the league yet again.

But he just posted a workout video doing his first max bench press in just under two decades, and the NFL legend says that is a sign that his playing days are definitely behind him.

"If I was trying to unretire, I would not be doing this," Brady said.

Brady says that the last time he did a max bench press was 18 years ago in either 2005 or 2006, back when he only had three Super Bowl wins.

With this video surfacing, the former Buccaneers field general seems to have completely ruled out another potential return, as he wants to focus on the next chapter of his career.

He will join Kevin Burkhardt in the FOX broadcast booth this season, and he will be calling the Dallas Cowboys-Cleveland Browns game for his first game on September 8. Kickoff will be at 4:25 p.m. ET on the network.

As much as some would love Brady to come back to the NFL, it seems that ship has sailed, and the seven-time Super Bowl champion is in the broadcasting chapter of his career.
