Colorado Football Hilariously Trolls North Dakota State After Week 1 Win

    By Cole Sullivan,

After defeating the North Dakota Bison Thursday night, Colorado football kept the receipts and made sure the Bison's social media team heard all about it.

The Buffaloes trailed 20-17 at halftime, and it began to look a little wary, but Colorado outlasted them after a strong second half on both sides of the ball, 31-26.

After the win, the Colorado Buffaloes X account resurfaced back to a post North Dakota State made a week prior highlighting the differences between Bison and Buffalo.

Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter's performances were the stories of the game. Sanders connected with Hunter on three touchdowns.

Hunter finished with seven receptions for 132 yards and three touchdowns. Sanders completed 26 of 34 passes for 445 yards and four touchdowns.

His only blemish was an interception in the red zone; that was pure luck bouncing into the air off a player's leg who was on the ground.

Nonetheless, the Buffaloes did what Deion Sanders had them set out to do, which was simply win. By any means necessary, and they did just that.
