The San Francisco 49ers are making significant roster adjustments as they finalize their lineup ahead of the regular season.

On August 30, the team announced several key moves, including the signing of wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. and running back Ke'Shawn Vaughn to their practice squad.

To accommodate these new signings, the 49ers waived defensive lineman Sam Okuayinonu and placed offensive lineman Jon Feliciano and cornerback Ambry Thomas on the Injured Reserve List.

As part of their roster management, the 49ers have finalized their initial 53-man roster, meeting the NFL's deadline.
