Alabama has taken a 35-0 lead over Western Kentucky, and Justice Haynes was the latest player to get in on the scoring. The sophomore Crimson Tide running back ran it in from 85 yards out, hitting the afterburners to pull away from the Hilltoppers defense.

Haynes is taking over as the lead back for Alabama this season after running for 168 yards and two touchdowns as a freshman. Junior Jam Miller will also see extended playing time at running back this season, with freshmen Richard Young, Daniel Hill, and Kevin Riley rounding out the depth chart.

Haynes now has four carries for 102 yards and the score in this game, averaging an absurd 25.5 yards per attempt against this hapless Western Kentucky defense. He'll likely see more work in the second half as the Crimson Tide look to salt away their lead.

Stay tuned for more updates on this game as Alabama continues to work toward a dominant 1-0 start to the season.
