The Los Angeles Rams are officially one of the youngest teams in the NFL for the second consecutive year. After significant roster changes over the past two offseasons, the team has shifted away from its former stars, including Jalen Ramsey, Aaron Donald, and Bobby Wagner. With these changes, the Rams have embraced a new generation of talent.

According to Spotrac , the Rams rank as the third-youngest team in the league, with an average player age of 25.7 years on their 53-man roster. Last year, they held the second-youngest spot, with the Green Bay Packers taking the top position. The Rams have only four players over the age of 29, with quarterback Matthew Stafford being the oldest at 36. The others are Rob Havenstein at 32 and Darious Williams and Cooper Kupp, both 31. The majority of the roster, therefore, consists of players aged 29 or younger.

A key factor contributing to the Rams' youthful average is the inclusion of 15 rookies on the roster. This group includes nine drafted players, five undrafted free agents, and one player claimed off waivers. This trend follows last year's success, where all 14 drafted rookies made the team.

The Rams are building a competitive squad not only for the present but also for future seasons.
