Skip Bayless just found some space on the Caitlin Clark bandwagon. The popular sports personality did not hide his delight over the performance the Indiana Fever star rookie put together during Sunday’s game against the Dallas Wings.

“Caitlin's Fever JUST ... KEEP ... WINNING,” Bayless wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

“She just went for 28 and 12 assts as they won for the 8th time in last 10 to go 1 over .500 after 1-8 start. Best record in the W since the Olympic break. 9 of last 10 at home. I can't stop watching. I got the Fever.”

Clark was instrumental in the Fever’s 100-93 victory over Dallas. Apart from the 28 points and 12 assists she mustered, the former Iowa Hawkeyes star also had four rebounds and a steal while draining five of her 11 attempts from behind the arc.

The Fever have been living up to their fiery name since the WNBA emerged from a long break. Indiana has won all its last four games.

Over that stretch, Indiana has posted a 110.5 offensive rating. The Fever’s defense has also seemingly improved. Before the All-Star and Olympic break, the Fever were second-worst in the league, with a 108.2 defensive rating. In seven games since the season resumed, the Fever have recorded a 101.9 defensive rating.

Indiana has a good chance of extending its win streak to five games on September 4 when they host the last-seeded Los Angeles Sparks at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
