Myles Garrett continues to make headlines for the Cleveland Browns , earning the distinction of being the only player from the team named to NFL Analyst Bucky Brooks' “NFL All-22 Roster.” As the sole representative for the Browns, Garrett's presence on this prestigious list underscores his status as one of the NFL's most dominant defensive players.

Brooks praised Garrett's athleticism and versatility, highlighting how the eighth-year pro thrived under defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz's scheme. In 2023, Garrett finished the season with 14 sacks, 17 tackles for loss, four forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery, proving once again why he is considered the "Boogeyman" of opposing offenses. His ability to disrupt plays from various positions on the line, combined with his unique blend of power and agility, makes him a constant threat to quarterbacks league-wide.

Garrett’s impact has been felt in Cleveland since he was selected first overall in the 2017 NFL Draft. His accolades speak volumes: a five-time Pro Bowl selection, three-time first-team All-Pro, and the 2023 NFL Defensive Player of the Year — the first Brown to win the award. Garrett has set numerous franchise records, including the single-season sack record with 16 sacks in both 2021 and 2022, and he holds the Browns' career sack record with 88.5 sacks.

Beyond his statistical accomplishments, Garrett has helped the Browns defense achieve historic marks, leading the league in total yards and passing yards allowed in 2023. He has consistently recorded double-digit sacks in each of the past six seasons, a feat matched by only a handful of players in NFL history. His ability to dominate games was perhaps best illustrated when he set a Browns single-game record with 4.5 sacks against Chicago in 2021.

Garrett's versatility extends beyond the football field. A native of Arlington, Texas, he has interests ranging from poetry to paleontology, reflecting a personality as dynamic as his on-field performance. As Cleveland looks to build on its defensive prowess, Garrett's continued excellence will be key to their success.
