Less than two full weeks into the college football season, Florida State head coach Mike Norvell is already being urged to make a significant change on offense.

The Seminoles suffered a major upset in their season opener in Dublin, with Georgia Tech getting a field goal as time expired to pull off the 24-21 upset. Norvell took the blame for the loss, saying he didn't do enough to prepare the team.

"It's sickening that we came up short and I take total responsibility and ownership for that," Norvell said . "It's my job to have the team prepared to go and play to the best of our ability. I don't believe that was our best."

But the team's struggles continued into the second game, falling behind unranked Boston College 14-6 at halftime of their Monday game. Florida State struggled on offense, with quarterback DJ Uiagalelei completing just 10-of-25 passes for 124 yards and an interception through the first half.

Former NFL quarterback and commentator Dan Orlovsky had seen enough by halftime, calling on Norvell to bench Uiagalelei.
