Caitlin Clark Reveals Truth About Playing 40 Minutes vs. Sparks

The Indiana Fever have been on a roll as of late. Following a 93-86 victory over the Los Angeles Sparks, the Fever picked up their fifth straight win while being victorious in nine of their last 11 games.

Following the matchup against the Sparks, Caitlin Clark was asked about playing 40 minutes. She was never benched during the game and played the entire match for the fourth time this season.

While some believe she may have been hit with fatigue, Clark seemed to be fine with playing 40 minutes.

"I could probably go play another 40," Clark said.

She was also joined by superstar teammate Aliyah Boston when answering the question, with both players agreeing that they can play all night.

During the win over the Sparks, Clark secured her second career triple-double.

The rookie posted 24 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds. She also had an extremely efficient night, shooting 40% from three-point range and 47.1% from the field.

She's been the Fever's most consistent contributor all season, helping Indiana secure a playoff spot for the first time since 2016.

Caitlin Clark has averaged 18.7 points, 8.4 assists and 5.6 rebounds per game this season. She leads all rookies in average points and leads the entire league in average assists.

Despite the rookie having immense responsibility in her first year in the WNBA, she's helped the Fever secure a record above .500, garnering an 18-16 record.
