The Georgia Bulldogs have emerged as a leading team in college football over the past five years. They have won two of the last three national championships and were the top-ranked team for most of last season. However, they were upset by the Alabama Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship Game and were subsequently excluded from the College Football Playoff.

The Bulldogs are aiming to bounce back and regain their dominance in the sport. They started with a strong 34-3 win over the then No. 14 Clemson Tigers. ESPN's Paul Finebaum was impressed by the win and stated that if he had to choose right now, he would pick Georgia to win the national championship once again.

"I would go with Georgia to win it all," Finebaum said.

ESPN's Football Power Index (FPI) supports Finebaum's view. According to the FPI, Georgia is ranked the No. 1 team in the country and has an 86.8% chance of making the College Football Playoff, which also ranks No. 1.

The Bulldogs face a tough road ahead. Their schedule includes games against five ranked teams, three of which are in the top six. Additionally, all three of those games are on the road.

But if the Bulldogs can successfully navigate that challenging schedule, Finebaum believes they will be champions once again.
