Simone Biles’ Latest Admission Should Win Bears Fans Over

Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles heard the message loud and clear.

After getting raked over the coals on social media by some unruly Chicago Bears fans for wearing a Green Bay Packers jacket to a Bears preseason game, Biles took their words to heart and went out and remedied the problem.

Now, she’s more than prepared for the next time she takes in a game at Soldier Field to fit in with the rest of the crowd.

“Yes, I have plenty [of Bears gear] now,” Biles told TMZ Sports . “So, don't you worry, guys.”

Biles’ remarks will likely be perceived much more positively than the last time the 11-time Olympic medalist addressed the Bears fanbase.

“The way I be wanting to clap back soooo bad but I gotta stay as classy as possible,” Biles posted on Threads in response to the backlash she received after her preseason appearance.

Biles disclosed during the preseason she was unsure of how many Bears games she could actually attend this season due to her Gold Over America Tour that will make stops in over 30 cities across the U.S. and will keep her on the road from Sept. 16 through Nov. 3.

However, the 27-year-old gymnast should be able to take in the Bears Week 10 matchup against the New England Patriots on Nov. 10, which would kick off a string of three straight home games.

If she does miss the first nine weeks of the season, Biles could still make it to the Bears final five home games of the regular season — vs. the Patriots (Nov. 10), vs. the Packers (Nov. 17), vs. the Vikings (Nov. 24), vs. the Lions (Dec. 22) and vs. the Seahawks. (Dec. 26).
