The Indiana Fever have developed some serious team chemistry over the 2024 WNBA season, especially over their recent five-game winning streak.

Before the Fever's Friday night matchup against the Minnesota Lynx, Indiana forward NaLyssa Smith was asked to describe some of her teammates in one or two words.

When Smith was asked to describe rookie sensation Caitlin Clark, her response was very telling.

Clark is taking a light-hearted approach to the beginning of her WNBA career, constantly joking with the media and playing with a great deal of joy every time she steps on the court.

"Not serious," Smith said of Clark.

Clark's jovial attitude hasn't limited her on-court success one bit. The first-year All-Star is already one of the best players in the WNBA, shattering multiple all-time league records and leading the Fever to a playoff berth.

Smith described some of her other teammates as well. Erica Wheeler: "Energy and crazy." Aliyah Boston: "Funny and caring." Kelsey Mitchell: "Energy and passionate." Head coach Christie Sides: "Passionate."

The Fever will tipoff against the Lynx at 7:30 p.m. ET.
