Jason Kelce Reacts to Concerning Jordan Love Injury With Nine Words

    By Cole Sullivan,

Former Philadelphia Eagles legend Jason Kelce expressed his concern for Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love , who suffered an apparent lower leg injury in the final seconds of their matchup against the Eagles on Friday night in São Paulo, Brazil.

With Green Bay out of timeouts and Love trying to extend the play to avoid a sack that would end their chances, he flipped the ball backward to running back Josh Jacobs . During the play, Love’s ankle and lower leg got caught under a defender’s body as he fell to the ground.

While in pain, Love hobbled off, and backup quarterback Malik Willis came in for the final play of the game and ultimately took a sack to seal the deal for the Eagles.

Kelce, who has experienced his share of injuries throughout his NFL career, quickly sent his well-wishes with a poignant message:

"Hopefully Jordan Love is okay, love watching him play," Kelce posted on X.

There is significant uncertainty surrounding the severity of the injury. Head coach Matt LaFleur after the game said, "I don't know".

It may be a situation where they will have to wait until the team returns to the United States to undergo the full range of medical evaluations needed to accurately diagnose the injury.

On a positive note, Love was seen walking into the tunnel under his own power with some minimal assistance from teammates and coaches.

Nonetheless, the Eagles secured a 34-29 victory to start the season 1-0. However, the primary concern remains with Jordan Love and the hope that he has avoided any serious injury.
