It was a no-brainer move for right tackle Spencer Brown to sign his four-year extension with the Buffalo Bills.

The 26-year-old right tackle has become one of the best at the position, and will be with Buffalo through the 2028 season - a sign of his commitment to what the team is building, and vice versa.

It was the city of Buffalo, too, that made the extension talks a no-brainer for Brown.

"Buffalo's the city for me," Brown said. "Fans are absolutely unbelievable. It's what showing up to work every single day, that much better when you have fans, backing you 100%. And then, just along with everybody that we have in the locker room. I don't think that the vibe that we have in the locker room and the relationships that we have are going to be seen around the NFL a lot."

Brown is a part of a Bills offensive line expected to be one of the best in football this season - especially with their recommitment to the rushing attack in 2024.

So long as the group stays healthy, Buffalo could be in line for a big year overall.

"It's one thing to get drafted, it's another thing to get to a second contract," Brown said. "There's a lot of stepping stones and learning, you have to go through that, especially in younger years, and then just doing the same thing, day in, day out, and hopefully it pays off, and you're doing the right things."
