The USC Trojans are gearing up for their second game of the 2024 season against the Utah State Aggies, and the team's health looks promising.

As they prepare to play at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, the Trojans have reported no players listed as "out," with linebacker Mason Cobb marked as "questionable."

Cobb missed a media-accessible practice session earlier this week, raising concerns about his availability.

”Mason’s been limited for us this week, he hasn’t been a full participant in practice, will be questionable for the game,” said Riley.

He is a key player on the Trojans' defense, and his absence could impact the team's performance.

This season, the Trojans are one of four new members in the Big Ten conference, which has introduced a requirement for teams to announce player availability two hours before kickoff. This aligns with practices already in place in the NFL.

In their opening game against LSU, the Trojans were one of the few teams in the conference to report a completely healthy roster.

The Trojans are relatively healthy entering the second game of the 2024 season, the first of the year in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. On the Trojans' injury report, the program listed no one as "out," and linebacker Mason Cobb as "questionable"

The strength and conditioning staff have worked hard to keep players fit, and the team has reportedly added 1,400 pounds of muscle during the offseason.

The Trojans will face the Aggies on Saturday, September 7, at 8 p.m. PT. As they look to maintain their momentum, the team's health will be crucial for their success.
