Fireworks accident leaves man dead in Genesee County
CLAYTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WJRT) - A man is dead after a firework explosion on Independence Day in Clayton Township. Investigators from the Clayton Township Police Department say a large firework went off near a 32-year-old man at a residence in the 1000 block of North Van Vleet Road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

FLINT, Mich. (WJRT) - A 51-year-old man was shot and killed outside a residence on the south side of Flint on Wednesday evening.
