Sentencing set for Holly woman
Angela Marie Wallace, 54, of Holly, is expected back in Oakland County Circuit Court for sentencing on Oct. 3 at 8:30 a.m. on her embezzlment case. Wallace’s case dates back to Dec. 6, 2023, when she was arraigned on the two counts in Oakland County 52-2 District Court. She appeared in court and stood mute to the charges. A plea of not guilty was entered by the court. She was released on personal bond of $5,000.

A fatal shooting in Flint on Sunday afternoon resulted in the death of a woman and left an additional individual hospitalized with injuries deemed not life-threatening.
