One killed, others injured in Fairview crash
A Bowling Green woman was killed and several others were injured in a single-vehicle crash on U.S. 68-KY 80 near Fairview Monday afternoon. The crash occurred in the area of 68-80 near Vaughns Grove-Litte River Road just before 5 p.m. and with at least one occupant ejected. One victim, 21-year-old Laqway Matthews of Bowling Green, was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center, where she would die of her injuries.

Two people injured, dogs die in Trigg County house fire
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WSMV) - Two people were injured and their pets were killed in a house fire that broke out Monday morning outside Bowling Green, Kentucky. According to WKDZ, a house on Beech Bend Drive caught fire, and when East Golden Pond Fire crews arrived, the home was already engulfed in flames.
