The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality issued a red/unhealthy air quality advisory for Tuesday and Wednesday because of continued and worsening wildfire smoke in the Treasure Valley. Powell hosts the 2024 Wyoming American Legion Baseball Class ‘A’ State Tournament from July 27-31. It is an eight-team, modified, double-elimination bracket. The Powell Pioneers are the defending Class A State Champions. It was their first championship since 2010. Six of the eight teams were in last year’s field.
