Laramie's 6-8 pivot man Neil Summers announced on "X" that he has committed to the Wyoming Cowboy basketball program. He was an All-State selection in 4A for good reason as he averaged 17 points and 11 rebounds per game as the Plainsmen advanced to the 4A Championship game.
