Aurora's Davis Bryant stays hot to grab four-shot lead at Inspirato Colorado Open

Davis Bryant is right at home at Green Valley Ranch. After the first two rounds of the Inspirato Colorado Open, his level of comfort is showing.

After the former Colorado State golfer opened the tournament with 65 Thursday, he came back with a 64 to grab a four-shot lead after the second round. Bryant had five birdies and an eagle in his bogey-free round.

The recently turned professional started on the 10th hole and made a quick eagle on 12 to get the round going. Bryant really started cooking on his back nine with four birdies.

Scotland's Paul O'Hara remains in second place, four shots back. Carson Lundell and Tyler Strafaci are tied with O'Hara at 9-under. Colorado's AJ Ott, Tristan Goodwin and Derek Tolan are all in the top 10.

The highest-ranked amateur is CU-Boulder player Tucker Clark. He is 3-under and tied for 39th place. Defending champ Turk Pettit is in a tie for 19th place.

Michael Block made the cut at 1-under and is set to play the weekend.

Cherry Hills resident David Duval and his son Brady missed the cut, as did Denver City Amateur champ Gage Messignham and PGA Senior star Matt Schalk.
