June 11, 1939 – June 5, 2024 - Virginia Gayle Swift Clare, a Butteville resident from 1981 to 2014 passed to her heavenly home on June 5, 2024, at the age of 84.

Virginia was active in the Butteville Community Church, Girl Scouts, Aurora Colony, Aurora Colony Spinning Guild, and Staufer Wells Farm. She owned and operated Gemini Wool Products and The Common Way. She volunteered at North Marion High School. Ginger loved life, made friends easily and was always up for adventure. She will be missed.

She is survived by her three children; Casey Rouse (Don), Daniel Clare (Lynn), Douglas Clare (Talia); her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Her Celebration of Life will be held July 27 at 2:00 pm at the Bethel Church on Vashon, WA. The service will be in person and streaming online at Bethelvashon.com.
