New Desnudo Coffee trailer in downtown Austin promises 'a space everyone can feel at home'

Desnudo coffee lovers have a new opportunity to avoid the ever-elongating line at the East Austin location. Juan and Sergio Trujillo opened a second coffee truck location downtown, promising the same quality and values as the original four-wheeler.

Parked at Fareground (111 Congress Ave.) in front of Ellis, the brand-new trailer is open for downtown customers from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays and from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

Desnudo Coffee was first launched in 2021 as a farmer’s market vendor and found its first semi-permanent residence in 2022, at Webberville Park in East Austin. The new downtown spot will be open until December.

The locally-loved coffee brothers shared a post announcing the new location on their social media saying, “it feels like we are living the dream, thinking about all the magic that can happen at this place. We promise we’ll try our best to provide a space where everyone can feel at home.”

The Colombian brothers started the business with a mission to benefit their home country’s coffee farmers as much as possible. Their goal has remained the same as they expand.
