Two trials rescheduled for fatal drive-by shooting in Austin
AUSTIN, Minn. – Two murder trials over a drive-by shooting in Mower County have been rescheduled. Cham Oban Oman, 29 of Austin, and Jenup Stepen Chop, 19 of Austin, are both charged with second-degree murder, second-degree attempted murder, and drive-by shooting. Those two and Manamany Omot Abella, 25 of Austin, were all arrested for a drive-by shooting on June 9, 2023, in the 700 block of 4th Street NW in Austin.
