Convictions: June 24-July 8

— Ascension Sebastian Alejo, 31, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 147 days in jail. He was given credit for 33 days served.

— Severino Figueroa Cano, 31, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Zachary Thomas Hemann, 31, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Blake William Johnson, 29, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $500 for felony violate a no contact order-within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 18 months in prison.

— Carlos Alberto Paez, 42, Mitchell, South Dakota, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; blood or urine as required by search warrant. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail. He was also sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. Sentences are to run concurrently.

— Rodney Donald Pederson, 61, Austin, was sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $100 for felony domestic assault by strangulation. He must follow several conditions.

— Krista Lynn Qualey, 31, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.

— Hser Eh Wah, 31, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 361 days in jail. He was given credit for three days served.

— Michelle Ann Williams, 56, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and find $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Tabarie Jameel Gunsallus, 24, Rochester, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony second degree drugs-possess 50 grams or more narcotic-not cocaine, heroin or meth. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 48 months in prison. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor possess ammo/any firearm-user of controlled substance. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 361 days in jail. He was given credit for three days served. Sentences are run concurrently.

— Izaiah Frank Fuentes, 18, Austin, was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison for felony receiving stolen property, 13 months in prison for felony possess ammo/pistol/assault weapon-under 18 years old, 36 months in prison for felony assault-second degree-dangerous weapon, 18 months in prison for felony terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk and 24 months in prison for felony receiving stolen property-firearm. Sentences are to run concurrently.

— Jonathon Duwayne Preuss, 31, Otsego, Minnesota, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $100 for felony DWI-operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 42 months in prison.

— Lazarick Dante Williams, 39, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation for felony threats of violence-reckless disregard risk. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 18 months in prison. He was also sentenced to five years supervised probation for felony third degree sale-narcotic. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 27 months in prison.
