According to APD, on June 18 at approximately 4:30 p.m., a man approached the Halal Austin Med Break Food Truck located at 304 South Congress Avenue.

APD said the man demanded money from the victim, and when the victim refused, the suspect forced his way into the food truck to assault the victim.

Police described the suspect as an approximately 5’10” Black man between 20 and 30 years old with a high-pitched voice.
