This comes in anticipation of increased traffic in an already busy area. A busy intersection in Clifton Park will soon be getting a makeover. Where Clifton Park Center Road meets Sitterly Road already has a stoplight in place. Currently at the intersection is a Stewart's Shop, Ellis Urgent Care Center and the southeast entrance to Clifton Park Center Mall. New York’s “good cause” eviction law, passed in the latest state budget, allows upstate communities to opt in to restrictions on landlords, preventing them from evicting certain tenants without legitimate cause and from and from making predatory rent hikes. City of Albany drops speed limit to 25
The Albany Common Council has given the green light to lower the city speed limit from 30 to 25 miles an hour.
